Shipping and Returns

We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner and ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. Shipping

If your order is in stock and the payment has been processed, we will ship it within five business days from the date of your order. We work diligently to ensure that your package is carefully prepared and securely packaged before it leaves our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours. This will allow you to keep track of your package and know exactly when it will arrive at your doorstep. If, for any reason, you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please feel free to reach out to us at orders@mytoolboxshop.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

When your package arrives, we recommend inspecting the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. In the rare event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items and send them to returns@mytoolboxshop.com. We will then initiate an insurance claim on your behalf to ensure that you are properly compensated.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or that you may simply change your mind. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jstorm1963@mytoolboxshop.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided on the return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
